º The air conditioning is upon request and is not included ,the price is € 3,00 per night
Rules ►►►
● Check-in : the room is available from the 12.00
● You can change the time of check-in and check-out prior agreement
● Check-out : the room has to be left till 10:00
● In addition to the room key, our guest will also recive the key of B&B, but in case of lost, there is a penality of € 30,00
● Start cleaning: every day from 10:00, except sunday from 9.30
● Payments have to be made on arrival, we accept credit cards or cash
● The deposit will be fully refunded if a cancellation is made within 15 days of expected arrival. No reimbursement will be made if a cancellation is made after this limit.
● Smoking in the room is stricktly not permitted
●The air conditioning is upon request and is not included ,the price is € 3,00 per night
●Personal items are not alloweb in halls or public places
●In the case of No-Show will be charged the total cost of stay.
